Every day, thousands of residents call our Link Apartments® communities home. They brew their morning coffee in kitchens we designed, push off to work using state-of-art multimodal amenities we provide, and learn a new skill, create memories and make connections during the resident events we host.
From the scale of our operations to the small details that make our communities special, here’s a look at Link Apartments® through facts and figures that showcase our reach, impact, and commitment to boosting housing availability in the missing middle. These communities provide moderately priced apartments in urban areas for households earning 60 percent or more of the area median income (above the cut-off for public housings subsidies), but less than 140 percent of AMI.
