Grubb Properties’ commitment to commercial office investments was solidified in 1994, when Clay Grubb created the company’s first fund, Rexford, LLC. In 1996, the fund’s purchase and development of the then-largest office building in Cary, North Carolina: 11,000 Regency Parkway set the standard for our commercial office team. We received the Redevelopment of the Year Award for the project from the Triangle Business Journal, executing 10 leases totaling more than 190,000 square feet within 90 days of closing.

While we have executed single leases in excess of $100 million, there is no lease too small as each lease adds to the ultimate value of every property.
