Innovate Carolina is the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill’s department for innovation, entrepreneurship and economic development. They have taken occupancy of 20,000+ sq ft of inspiring office space in the newly refurbished 136 E. Rosemary St. building and have made a firm statement of their commitment to reinvention.

Biolabs - With a goal to change how scientific entrepreneurs do business, Biolabs supplies an ecosystem that empowers bioinnovators to grow quickly. They have leases for both the 3rd floor of 136 E. Rosemary St. and the 3rd floor of 137 E.
