Real Leaders Names Grubb Properties a 2024 Top Impact Company

Real Leaders, a global network of CEOs and Certified B Corps dedicated to inspiring the future of business, has named Grubb Properties as one of the 2024 Top Impact Companies. Grubb Properties is proud to join the league of organizations dedicated to scaling solutions for the world's most pressing issues.

Now in their sixth year, the awards rank privately-owned companies by asking 30 questions in six categories of I.M.P.A.C.T. (Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration, and Transformation). The field is then narrowed down from more than 500 top companies from 15+ countries to the final list of 185. 

Grubb Properties’ commitment to making a meaningful impact on America’s housing crisis through its essential housing strategy resonated with the Real Leaders organization, landing the company at the 47th position on the list. Only six real estate companies made the cut.

Clay Grubb will accept the award at a special “Real Leaders UNITE” celebration held in February in San Diego, CA, to honor the winners.
