We focus on urban infill in both highly resilient and high-growth markets, and select sites based on our proprietary research and methods, with a deep appreciation for a community’s needs. We plan development of Link ApartmentsSM communities to fulfill our commitment of addressing the shortage of essential housing in the areas where it is most needed.

Market and location selection are central to our investment process and are among the fundamentals that drive our portfolio, along with delivering satisfaction to those who live or work at our properties.

Development and Construction

Our detailed development process is backed by decades of experience and extensive checklists that aim to maximize efficiency and reduce development risk. We leverage thoughtful planning and a repeatable, scalable Link ApartmentsSM model that can be tailored to local communities. Our reduced number of floor plans and standardized finishes also serve as a cost-saving measure for our development projects. We work with repeat construction and design partners trained on our product, keeping our brand consistent across projects. And we use creative strategies to minimize the amount of space and cost devoted to parking.

This effort aims to create communities that inspire residents’ lifestyle, feature energy-efficient design (which helps manage a resident’s monthly bills) and have desired amenities – all at a more moderate price point.

Multifamily Properties

Grubb Properties owns and manages multifamily communities including our Link Apartments®. Our experienced property management, leasing, and maintenance teams focus on quality and customer care to help our residents live their best lives. Our teams are consistently awarded high scores for service and resident engagement. Our direct management also allows us to implement unique programs that emphasize community, including our long-term resident program, which caps rent increases for residents who have lived with us for at least five years.

Our goal is to deliver an excellent quality of life at each property, with consistently outstanding service and where our communities are welcoming, inspiring places to live.
