Grubb Properties would like to extend our sincere thanks to Aurora Fire Rescue, South Metro Fire Rescue, Denver Fire Department, Rattlesnake Fire Protection, Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue, and South Adams Fire Department, among others, for their rapid response to the fire at Link Apartments® Fitz, a 405-unit apartment community currently under construction in Aurora, CO.
At this time, there have been no reported injuries in the incident. Link Apartments® Fitz is currently under construction and no residents are currently occupying the apartments.
Grubb Properties will work with local authorities in their investigation. We continue to monitor the situation and will assess damages in the coming days.
