First launched in Q1 2022, this private REIT seeks to invest in commercial and multifamily development assets under the Link Apartments® brand in resilient markets nationwide. 

By investing recently realized capital gains into a Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF), an investor is eligible for a deferral of capital gains tax on the previous investment until December 31, 2026, as well as complete exclusion from capital gains tax of the appreciation of the fund investment at realization, following a 10-year holding period.
