Aliya is a climatetech leader dedicated to ensuring the clean energy transition fosters a more inclusive and equitable economy. As the US Director of Strategic Partnerships at Allume Energy, she leads the company's expansion to unlock rooftop solar for apartment renters. Aliya excels in uniting diverse stakeholders to advance shared goals and initiatives and successfully led Allume’s involvement in securing over $450 million in federal grant funding.  Aliya holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a Master's in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Gates Cambridge Scholar.

Henry writes the Metropolis column for Slate and recently authored Paved Paradise: How Parking Explains the World, named one of the best books of 2023 by the New Yorker and the New Republic. His work has also appeared in media including the New York Times, the Atlantic, the Wall Street Journal, 99 Percent Invisible, Bloomberg City Lab, and Architectural Record. He was a 2024 Loeb Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, a finalist for the Livingston Award for national reporting by a journalist under 35, and recipient of awards from the Writer’s Guild of America and the National Association of Real Estate Editors.

He is also Executive Chairman of BuiltWorlds, a leading research platform, advisory, and professional network for innovation and innovators within the worlds of infrastructure and buildings; and Managing Partner of Gray Capital Partners, a private commercial real estate and infrastructure investment fund. Matthew holds a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.S. from Northwestern University with an emphasis in construction management.
