Link Apartments® Shine in Satisfacts Rankings

The raves are rolling in for Link Apartments® and we couldn’t be prouder. Satisfacts, the leading source for apartment satisfaction surveys and data, recently recognized every Link Apartments® community as a top performer and ranked the majority of our properties in the top five in their cities.

This achievement means more than just bragging rights. Resident satisfaction is the primary reason a resident decides to renew or move elsewhere, so it directly impacts our retention and turn rates. In addition, satisfied residents are more likely to refer their community to their friends, significantly aiding our marketing efforts.

When compiling these rankings, Satisfacts goes beyond the ratings provided to ApartmentsRatings.com, surveying residents on the full scope of the rental experience, including the move-in/move-out process, satisfaction with staff, and completion of maintenance requests, among other factors. 

Among the highlights of the results:

• Our three communities in Winston-Salem, Link Apartments® Brookstown, Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter, and Link Apartments® 4th Street were ranked number 1, 2, and 3 in the city in a field of almost 150 communities.
• In Atlanta, both of our communities, Link Apartments® Grant Park and Link Apartments® Canvas ranked in the top 20, particularly impressive given the competitive set of more than 900 communities.
• Link Apartments® H Street, one of our newest communities, is already ranked in the top 20 of more than 800 apartment buildings in Washington, DC.
