December 18, 2024

Grubb Properties has been named to the prestigious 2025 Excellence 1000 Index, a collaboration between Newsweek and the Best Practice Institute. The award celebrates companies with demonstrated best practices in financial responsibility, stakeholder ratings, and social responsibility.

“We’re extremely proud to be awarded the 2025 Excellence 1000 Index designation, which validates our long-standing commitment to greater transparency, outstanding corporate governance, excellent customer service and thriving team culture,” said Clay Grubb, CEO of Grubb Properties.  “Despite macroeconomic challenges facing commercial real estate companies, all of our team members pulled together to help make our company one that ranks among the best.”

The Excellence 1000 Index honors companies that balance strategic growth with a deep commitment to ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability. Together with our partner Best Practice Institute, we are proud to recognize these organizations redefining leadership in the corporate world,” said Nancy Cooper, Global Editor in Chief of Newsweek.
